We make one product and we stand behind it.
Standard returns If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items Inspect your order on delivery. If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us at [email] within 3 days of receipt with a photo and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, no questions.
Custom configurations Made-to-order or custom pieces cannot be returned.

Oversized items [The C SYSTEM ships flat-pack.] Large or multi-unit orders may require freight delivery. If this applies to your order, we'll contact you before shipment to confirm delivery details.
Risk of loss Once your order transfers to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. We recommend shipping to a secure address.
