1. Your Account
You must be of legal age to purchase. All information you provide — billing, shipping, payment — must be accurate and current. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
2. Our Products
We photograph and describe our products as accurately as possible. Slight variations in finish or surface texture may occur — this is a characteristic of hand-finished production. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order. Once accepted, cancellations may not be possible — contact us immediately at [email] if you need to make a change.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in USD and do not include shipping or applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The price charged is the price in effect when your order is placed.
5. Shipping

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days of receiving the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.
